For network marketing & direct sales leaders

Build a lead system. Then duplicate it.

I build lead and prospecting systems for leaders and their teams—and coach the people who put them to work.

  2. Follow through
  3. Build consistency

Systems for the work. Coaching for the person.

About

The leaders who last are the ones with something underneath them.

Most people in this industry are told to work harder on a plan that was never going to hold. More names on the list. More dials. More hope. I came up in the same rooms, and what I saw was that the leaders who last are rarely the ones with the most energy. They are the ones with a system underneath them.

So that is what I build. I have built lead and prospecting systems and coached alongside Mike Dillard, Michael Dlouhy and Daegan Smith — people who shaped how this industry learned to market. The work was always the same underneath: take what a gifted communicator does by instinct and turn it into something an entire organization can run.

Today I do that for leaders, teams and companies. I write the sequences. I design the qualification. I sit with the person who actually has to make the calls, and I stay until the numbers move. When the system is running without me, I get out of the way — that was always the point.

I am company-agnostic. Whatever you build, and whoever you build it with, the anatomy of a working system is the same.

What I build

Lead systems, prospecting systems, marketing systems.

Built for a team or for a whole company. The anatomy below is the same every time; what changes is the market you sell into, the voice it is written in, and how much of it a new partner has to hold in their head.

  1. Capture

The offer that earns an address. A page, a lead magnet, an ad or a post that makes one specific promise to one specific person, and keeps it inside the first five minutes. Most teams lose here quietly, because the offer is about the company instead of the person reading it.

  2. Qualification

A short, honest set of questions that sorts interest from intent before anyone books a call. You stop spending your best hours on people who were never going to move, and the calendar starts telling the truth about the week.

  3. Follow-up

Sequences that keep teaching after the first contact, written in the leader's own voice rather than lifted from a template. Timed, ordered, and ending in a clear invitation — so that following up reads as service instead of pursuit.

  4. Scoreboard

A small number of numbers, visible to everyone who is building: new conversations, qualified conversations, presentations, starts. Once the scoreboard is on the wall, coaching stops being a matter of opinion.

  5. Duplication

The whole thing written down so a new partner can run it in their first week and a leader three levels below you can run it without you in the room. If it only works when you do it, it is not a system. It is a job.

Coaching

A system is half of it. The other half is the person running it.

Every system meets the same test eventually: the week when nothing works and nobody is watching. That is the part I coach.

One to one

For the leader who is already moving and wants a second set of eyes on the numbers, the message and the next decision. We meet on a fixed rhythm, we look at what actually happened that week rather than what was planned, and we change the one thing that would move the most.

Team and company

Training and rhythm for a whole organization: how prospecting is taught, how follow-up is run, how a new partner is brought in during their first week, and how the leadership above them coaches without quietly doing the work for them.

I take on a small number of people at a time. Tell me what you are building and where it is stuck, and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.

The book

Abundance in Your Organization and Life

A field manual for direct sales leaders and builders

Direct sales rewards clarity, courage and consistent conversations. It punishes drifting. This is not another hype speech — it is a field manual: short enough to reread, sharp enough to use between calls, honest enough to keep you from lying to yourself on a quiet Tuesday.

Twenty-two short chapters in three parts, a chart for every principle, nine worksheets, and a twenty-one-day rhythm you can start on a Monday and run with a partner. Also published in Swedish as Överflöd i din organisation och ditt liv.

What I believe

Abundance in Your Organization and Life

“Money is the echo of service.”
  • Prospecting is not something you do to people. It is a service you offer, and the offer has to be real.
  • The number that matters is not how many you spoke to. It is how many you helped decide.
  • A team duplicates what its leader actually does, never what its leader teaches.

Contact

Book a conversation.

Tell me what you are building and where it is stuck. If I am the right person for it, I will say so and we will find a time. If I am not, I will point you at someone who is.

What happens next
I read every message myself and reply personally, usually within two working days.
What helps
The size of the team, what you are selling into, and the one number you most want to move.
