Abundance in Your Organization and Life
A field manual for direct sales leaders and builders
I wrote this for my own team, after watching too many talented people treat the craft like a lottery ticket. They had the gifts. Nobody had handed them a rhythm.
The first part is the inner game: the Definite Chief Aim, faith before the proof, the language that builds or breaks a room, the fears that quietly shrink builders, and the night-and-morning practice that decides what you believe by the time you pick up the phone.
The second part is the outer game: the daily rhythm of command, work and review. Prospecting as service rather than pursuit. Handling a no without shrinking. Follow-up, which is where the fortune actually hides. Duplication, so the work survives you. And the first circle — the handful of people whose growth decides your own.
The third part is the tools. Charts you can put on a wall and worksheets you can photocopy for your team, plus a twenty-one-day rhythm to run with a partner so that none of it stays theoretical.
It is company-agnostic. Whatever you build, it is meant to be read with a pen in your hand and then handed to the next person you are lifting.
“Night plants the seed. Morning names it. The field proves it.”
